The company is located at the ground floor of Excelsior Apartments, opposite Lions Club in Ram Nagar. SUNRAY RESORTS is known for its exceptional customer service and premier accommodations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Visakhapatnam. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer service tasks, supporting sales operations, and ensuring efficient communication with clients and internal teams. Other daily tasks will include handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
Strong Customer Service skills and ability to handle client queries effectively
Excellent Communication skills for clear interactions with clients and teams
Proven knowledge in Sales and marketing strategies
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
