Als Werkstudent unterstützt du unser Analytics-Team bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Business Intelligence- und Datenplattform. Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Support-Anfragen, hilfst bei der Fehleranalyse und arbeitest eng mit unseren Data Architects und Developern zusammen. Deine Aufgaben Unterstützung im 1st-Level-Support für BI- und Datenanwendungen (z. B. Fabric, Tableau, Azure) Betreuung und Pflege von Power Plattform-Lösungen (Power Apps, Power Automate) Unterstützung bei der Benutzerverwaltung, Rechtevergabe und Dokumentation Analyse und Behebung von technischen Störungen im BI-Umfeld Mitwirkung bei der Qualitätssicherung und beim Testing neuer Features Erstellung von Nutzerhandbüchern und Schulungsunterlagen Unser Angebot Herausfordernde Aufgaben und Entfaltungsmöglichkeiten Begleitung und Einarbeitung durch die Teamkollegen sowie gezieltes Feedback für deine persönliche Weiterentwicklung Einblicke in das Themenfeld Business Intelligence- und Datenplattform, indem du aktiv mitarbeiten und Referenzen aufbauen kannst Möglichkeit moderne Cloud-Technologien und Azure-Erkenntnisse zu erwerben und praktisch anzuwenden. Zentrumsnaher Arbeitsort und sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem ÖPNV Dein Profil Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder verwandte Studienfächer Vorzugsweise kurz vor Abschluss des Bachelor-Studiengangs oder bereits im Masterstudium Interesse an Business Intelligence, Datenplattformen und IT-Support Erste Erfahrungen mit einem Tool wie Power BI, Tableau, Azure, Power Plattform oder vergleichbaren Systemen Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und/oder Englisch Bereitschaft, im Team sowie eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten und sich Neues anzueignen sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Zuverlässigkeit
