Job Description

DepartmentSales and MarketingMin Years of Exp.2 yrsJob LocationTiruvallur, Tamil NaduCTC4Setting up a network of Channel Partners (Distributors, Dealers, and Sub dealersas required) for optimum reach and penetration of NCL Tile Adhesives & alliedproducts in the assigned market. Ensure an optimum stock level of all productitems with our channel partners.Devise and Execute a Demand Generation Campaign to create awareness, andinterest among buyers and influencers (Applicators / Masons, Contractors, EndCustomers, Builders / Developers, Architects & Designer) through multipleactivities (product presentations & demonstrations, content creation &distribution, masons meet at Retail Outlet, Nacka Meet, Contractors Meet,Architect Meet, etc.)Devise and execute Lead Generation & Conversion campaigns for accurate salesprojections and improved sales (interested prospects into customers) bytracking and visiting construction sites, developing effective engagement byproviding solutions and objection handling.Maintain sales volume, product mix, selling price, and credit periods if any bykeeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators,and competitorsConduct market research at regular intervals to gain market intelligence, gaugeselling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs with a good geographicalunderstanding.Implement a strategic business plan that helps expand the company’s customerbase and ensures its strong presence with regular updates on competitor’sactivitiesComplete compliance with the company’s reporting requirements in bothonline and offline formats.

Requirements And Skills

Candidate with prior experience in Tile Adhesive Industry at the same level andgeography shall be preferredMinimum graduate, post-graduation in business administration will bepreferred.Must possess good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with anability to work independently and as a part of a teamAbility to launch a similar product in the market, having good relationships withTile Adhesive Dealers, Contractors, and applicators, and experience inconducting Mason/In-Shop, Naaka Meet, and Contractor meet and generatingconsistent sales of tile adhesive products shall be given utmost preference.Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, present, and influencecredibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive salesValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel / Project Saleswith Tile Adhesive, Epoxy, Tile Grout, Screed through distributionchannel.Qualification: Graduate or Post GraduationMust be fluent in English & Local Language.Must have Market Knowledge of Particular Zone.
