Manpower planning, Budgeting and Recruitment (Workers, Staff up to Asst Manager level). Ensure for no manpower loss. IR & Harmonious relationship at plant. PMS Drive at Plant Level. Effectively implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs. Absenteeism and Attrition monitoring and control. Driving and implementing Development Initiatives for plant in-line with corporate policy. Training & Employee Engagement activities. Lead the Unit HR Team and ensure for effective deliverables in all HR Gamete (Time Office, Contract Labor management, HR Operations, Welfare). Timely resolution and facilitate the process of handling employees grievances. 100% Adherence to internal policies and applicable legal compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, GLO & DISH etc.). To Update organization structure, job description time to time as per organization requirements. Ensure timely preparation and submission of attendance, salary, wages and contractor bills and further timely release of payments for salary. Facilitate ISO, OHSAS and all other required audit processes. Drive PMS effectively in the plant. Ensure through Unit HR Operation Executive for hand holding of new recruit, timely assessment, confirmation, appointment letter, buddy and mentor system. Ensure Employees Life Cycle management- joining till separation. Any other task assigned from management or Reporting boss time to time. Succession Planning.

A Graduate or Post-Graduate degree. 8+ Years of Industrial experience in IR and Admin. Knowledge of Factory Act, Labor laws, Safety, Legal and Statutory requirements Good English and Marathi communication skills with emphasis on listening. Role & responsibilities Overall responsibility for delivering Financial, Cost and Compliance controls at the plant as well as working with the plant team to achieve all KPI's of the plant. Accounts & Costing: Responsible for Correctness of plant financials -Costing/FI Responsible for month end closing activity and reporting and variance analysis vs budgets and LY Ensure Proper Internal Control system is implemented & followed at the Plant. Controlling plant overheads: To track plant performances on a regular basis and drive attention to key performance indicators, driving cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives at the plant Ensure Proper Internal Control system is implemented & followed at the Plant. Responsible for custody and control of Fixed Assets including Fixed Assets inward accounting, tax credits etc. Maintain costing systems and support new product costing Provide financial analysis and insights to help support inventory is at the right levels and manage write-offs process to help the site hit their targets. Inventory Reconciliation, Valuation analysis, preparation and analysis of Inventory ageing report and early warning system for potential inventory ageing Monitoring the slow moving and non-moving inventory (RM/PM/SFG/FG) at plant and vendor locations Conducting quarterly stock taking and preparing quarterly variance report of inventories at all stages Managing the Statutory audit, internal finance audit, IFC audit, GST and other external audits Key Competencies: Extensive background in the manufacturing industry, with a solid understanding of plant operations and financial processes Costing experience is a must with SAP CO module exposure. The role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all operations of the hot dip galvanizing plant. Ensure adherence to galvanizing standards such as IS 2629, IS 4759, ASTM A123, and BS EN ISO 1461. Supervise pre-treatment (degreasing, pickling, fluxing), galvanizing, and finishing processes. Monitor and control zinc bath parameters, temperature, and chemical composition. Optimize zinc consumption and reduce process waste through continuous improvement. Coordinate with fabrication, quality, and dispatch teams to meet production targets. Maintain galvanizing equipment and schedule preventive maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Train and develop the galvanizing team to enhance productivity and quality.
