Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Growth Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ICD cargo volume and revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities across export-import customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and CHA partners. Expand customer base in Tarapur, Boisar, Palghar, Vapi, and nearby industrial belts. Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing to ensure competitive positioning. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve customer issues and coordinate with operations, documentation, and accounts teams for smooth service delivery. 3. Strategic Planning & Coordination Work closely with management to align business plans with overall company goals. Support in developing tariff proposals, service agreements, and incentive structures. Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and other stakeholders for operational synergy. 4. Team Leadership & Reporting Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve set targets. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports and market analysis. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers in coordination with the finance team.
