Position: Plant Head Industry: Toys Manufacturing Location: Kundli, Sonipat Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to oversee and manage the entire plant operations of our Toys Manufacturing Unit based in Kundli, Sonipat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, quality control, safety compliance, cost management, and timely delivery. This role demands strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and experience in the toy manufacturing sector or similar industries. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and logistics. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure all manufacturing activities align with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality protocols. Plan and monitor production schedules to meet business targets and delivery commitments. Lead and mentor department heads and cross-functional teams to drive plant objectives. Implement continuous improvement processes (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S). Coordinate with the supply chain, procurement, and inventory management for smooth plant functioning. Manage budgets, cost control measures, and resource planning. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development within the plant workforce. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards. Requirements: Graduate/Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the toy or plastic manufacturing industry. Proven track record of managing large manufacturing units. Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and quality assurance. Leadership capabilities with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in operational software and reporting tools.
