Assist clients in hotel reservations, cab bookings, and travel arrangements as per their requirements. Coordinate with hotels, cab operators, and travel partners to ensure smooth operations. Provide travel recommendations, package details, and cost estimates to customers. Address customer queries and resolve issues related to bookings in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer details. Stay updated with travel trends, hotel rates, and transportation options to offer the best solutions. Work closely with the sales and operations team to optimize service delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills . Proficiency in using travel booking systems, MS Office, and CRM software . Ability to multi-task and handle multiple bookings efficiently .
