Sales And Marketing Executive

Job Title:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and businesses.
• Conduct site visits, client consultations, and product presentations.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain a strong client pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (offline and online) to generate brand awareness and leads.
• Manage social media platforms, create content calendars, and coordinate with designers for creatives.
• Collaborate with interior designers and influencers for cross-promotion and brand partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Work with digital marketing teams to optimize SEO, SEM, and paid ad strategies.
• Collect and analyze campaign data to improve marketing performance.

Operational & Reporting:

• Maintain records of client interactions, sales reports, and marketing performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in home furnishing, interior design, or lifestyle sector
• Familiarity with products like curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, modular furniture, etc.
