We are looking for a data-driven and creative SEO Manager who will lead our organic growth strategy . This role is critical to increasing our online visibility, driving high-intent traffic, and accelerating ranking and leads for our sales funnel. You’ll work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to dominate search rankings in the HR tech space. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the entire SEO strategy (on-page, off-page & technical) for factoHR.com and landing pages. Perform comprehensive keyword research , content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Drive organic traffic growth through content optimization , structured data , technical audits , and backlink strategies . Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-optimized articles, product pages, and blogs. Analyze, monitor, and report key SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry best practices. Work with web developers to implement technical improvements such as Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and site architecture. Requirements 2.5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or HR tech domains. Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and search trends . Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Surfer SEO . Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, leads, and conversions . Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn insights into action . Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot, Webflow/WordPress, schema markup, and performance tracking tools.
