Urgent requirement of Quality Control Head in one of leading manufacturing company in Rajkot Shapar (Male only) Experiance Required from Medical Device Role & responsibilities Inspect and test products, materials, or processes to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards. Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and take corrective actions as needed. Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality control processes. Work closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to implement quality improvements. Ensure that raw materials and finished goods meet safety and regulatory standards. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and root cause analyses to prevent defects. Develop and update quality control procedures and guidelines. Train employees on quality control processes and best practices Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree / Diploma / ITI in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 2 to 4 years Experience in quality control, inspection, or a related role.
