JOB DESCRIPTION - Sales Manager

5 Experience 3 to 4 years
Job Specification/ Description Role:
In this role, the Sales Manager - (Location) will drive the business from an assigned set of channel partners in (Location) territory.
Responsibilities:
● On Ground understanding of the markets of (Location) territory
● Establishes productive, professional relationships with key partner resources and partner owners in assigned partner accounts.
● Support partner in driving new business and renewal business and drive alignment with partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
● Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume from partner accounts.
● Onboard new partners for the company and ensure their are actively contributing to the business
● Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance
● Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
● Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
● Manages any potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through adherence to channel partner policy
● Coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
● Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
● Should be excellent in developing expertise on product/brands of the company & should be able to train the partner teams
● Prior Experience of dealing with IT, B2B Software products will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
