The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines and robotic systems to ensure optimal equipment availability and performance. Strong knowledge of Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Fanuc CNC systems. Proficient in Siemens PLC and HMI programming. Familiar with SCADA systems, electrical logic, and VFDs. Experience with machine backup, upload/download, and understanding of machine sequences. Hands-on troubleshooting experience with KUKA and ABB robots. Robot programming experience is a plus. Knowledge of electronic measuring systems and devices.

The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, maintain compliance records, and liaise effectively with government officials. Key Responsibilities: Manage all factory-related compliances as per statutory requirements, including labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental norms. Handle statutory returns, licenses, permits, and other legal documentation. Liaise with government officials and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prepare and maintain compliance reports, registers, and other documentation as required by the authorities. Conduct internal compliance audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory norms. Address and resolve compliance issues in coordination with internal stakeholders. Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (PF, ESI, Labor Welfare Fund, etc.). Keep updated with changes in labor laws and other regulatory requirements and ensure compliance accordingly. Support the plant HR team in compliance training and awareness initiatives.
