Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To ensure daily / shift production and productivity as per plan and target
To ensure all PQCDSM objectives are met
To lead a team of permanent workmen and guide them to meet the goals
Manage contract labours
To ensure minimum breakdowns and smooth production lines
Initiate the small improvement projects
Involve and motivate the operators and contract labours.
To guide the team for involvement and compliance of 5's and Safety initiatives of the company
Inter-departmental coordination / to deal with internal customers

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates who are currently in Phaltan or are willing to relocate to the Phaltan location
