Maintain onboarding tracker and ensure system entries are up to date. 2) Attendance Management: - Ensure 100% attendance punching in system. Coordination with branch managers and control room for attendance closures. Timely sharing of daily, weekly & monthly attendance reports to clients. 3) Compliance & Documentation: - PF, ESIC registration and UAN generation within timeline. Verification of KYC and resolution of mismatch issues. Maintain physical and digital records of compliance. 4) Employee Grievance Handling: - Act as the first point of contact for escalations from guards/supervisors. Ensure timely resolution of salary, PF, ESIC related queries. Maintain grievance register and closure TAT. 5) Client Coordination: - Follow-ups with client HR/Admin for approvals (attendance, Reports). Support in audits and MIS requests from client side. 6) Exit Formalities: - Proper handover process and documentation for resigning employees. Final settlement coordination with payroll team. 7) MIS & Reporting: - Prepare and share daily & Monthly reports to client as per requirement. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reports.
