Current functionality is If a candidate was initially assigned to Recruiter 1 through the Round Robin functionality in job 1 and the recruiter later moved the candidate to a different job (Job 2), the system is assigning a new owner based on the Round Robin settings configured for Job 2. Also when the old owner is manually assigned system is taking, at the first place system should not change only.
