Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Visit clients/customers as required to pitch products and close sales. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and customer service. Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends. Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, or field visits as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in sales or business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office or sales tracking software (CRM tools is a plus). Willingness to travel as per job requirement. [Language preference, if any – e.g., proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi, etc.] Salary & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience. Accounts cum Admin Female Only Roles & Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting duties Assist with account payable & receivable Prepare monthly statement and report, and quarterly GST submission Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Participate in quarterly and annual audits Create and update expenses report Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payment from customers Inventory control Perform yearly stock take Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters Assist customer query and prepare sales quotation General administrative duties Provide general support to the Management & Finance Department Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time Job Requirements Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Banking and Finance / Bachelor of Business Administration Hands-on experience with accounting software Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets) Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors Good initiative, ability to work independently and able to take instructions efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/08/2025
