Qualification- BSc/ Msc in biotechnology or food science
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality and safety of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. This role involves conducting visual, sensory, and basic on-site tests maintaining GMP and food safety standards and ensuring compliance with FSSAI and other relevant food safety regulations.

3. Finished Product Inspection
4. Hygiene & GMP Monitoring
5. Complaint Handling & Quality Improvement
6. Documentation & Record-Keeping
7. Communication
