Client & Site Execution Coordinator – Waterproofing
Job Summary: Responsible for handling client communications, monitoring site execution work progress, attending client meetings, providing timely feedback, and offering technical solutions. Acts as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction. He will be responsible for planning, execution, and expense management for all projects. All Site Incharges will report to him, and he will report to the Operation Head on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Key Responsibilities: · Attend client meetings and understand project requirements and concerns. · Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp for updates and solutions. · Monitor site execution progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule and standards. · Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, operations, and procurement. · Provide technical solutions and immediate actions for on-site issues related to waterproofing systems. · Prepare and send daily/weekly work progress reports to clients. · Maintain documentation of work progress, issues resolved, and materials used. · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients. · Manage planning, execution, and expenses for all ongoing projects. · Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the Operation Head and receive reports from all Site Incharges. Required Skills: · In-depth knowledge of waterproofing systems and materials (PU, APP, HDPE, Epoxy, Cementitious, etc.). · Strong client handling and communication skills. · Ability to write clear and professional emails and WhatsApp messages. · Basic understanding of site drawings, BOQ, and site supervision. · Problem-solving skills for technical site challenges. · Time management and multitasking abilities. · Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). · Familiarity with photo documentation and app-based reporting tools (optional). Educational Qualification: • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology • Certifications in Waterproofing Systems (preferred) • Fluency in English and Local Language • Computer proficiency (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, etc.) Experience: • 2 to 10 years of experience in waterproofing services or construction project coordination • Experience with client interfacing and handling multiple site projects • Exposure to working with consultants, builders, and PMC companies is a plus
