Quality Controller

Instrument Handelling and prepare test methods as per Testing Standards:

Operating and maintaining sophisticated Brookfield Viscosity Meter, UTM Machine, Cross cut Adhesion, Measuring Gloss by gloss Meter,Taber Abression, Ash Content of polymer by Muffle Furence,Oil Obsorption Test for Pigment and Fillers, Dry film Thickness, Shore A & D Hardeness, QUV Weather Testing Machine, Pull off Adhesion, Impact test, Vicat apparatus etc. The preparation of samples, analysis of applied products and overall product performance is a must.

Method Development:

Designing and validating new analytical methods to address specific research or quality control needs.

Data Analysis:

Interpreting complex analytical data, including statistical analysis, to draw accurate conclusions and identify trends.

Report Writing:

Preparing detailed technical reports documenting experimental procedures, results, and conclusions, ensuring clarity and compliance with standards.

Quality Assurance:

•Maintaining quality control standards by adhering to laboratory protocols, calibrating instruments, and documenting procedures.

•Documentation & implementation of Management System as per ISO/IEC 17011 to ensure that proper procedures are followed.

• Convener of Corrective, Preventive Action and Improvement Committee (CPAIC).

• Issuing authority of management system documents.

• Conduct Internal Audit to adjudge effectiveness of the management system.

• Establish records on internal deficiencies and suggest improvements.

Reruired Skills:

Technical Expertise:
Proficient understanding of Construction chemical products and their applications.

Laboratory Skills:
Excellent laboratory practices, including precise handling of chemicals and equipment.

Data Analysis Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical methods to interpret complex results.

Problem-solving Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot analytical issues and develop solutions.

Communication Skills:
Clear and concise written and verbal communication to effectively report findings.

Attention to Detail:
Meticulous approach to data collection and analysis to ensure accuracy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
