Role Overview: You will be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining production machinery in food or beverage manufacturing. Your role involves ensuring smooth operations, quality output, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: - Operate filling, packaging, labeling, or processing machines according to the production plan. - Start, stop, and adjust machine settings to maintain proper operation. - Conduct routine checks and basic preventive maintenance of assigned machines. - Promptly report mechanical issues or breakdowns to the maintenance team. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (preferred). - Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG / Food / Beverage manufacturing. - Basic understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures. - Physically fit, attentive to detail, and comfortable with shift operations.
