As an Accounts cum Admin professional, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to accounting and general administrative duties. **Role Overview:** You will be handling day-to-day accounting duties, including preparing monthly statements, quarterly GST submissions, and reconciling invoices. Additionally, you will participate in audits, create and update expenses reports, manage inventory, and liaise with external vendors. You will also assist in customer queries and sales quotations. On the administrative side, you will provide general support to the Management & Finance Department and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle day-to-day accounting duties - Prepare monthly statements, quarterly GST submissions - Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies - Participate in audits - Create and update expenses reports - Manage inventory and perform yearly stock take - Liaise with external vendors - Assist in customer queries and sales quotations - Provide general support to the Management & Finance Department - Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or Business Administration - 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with accounting software - Advanced knowledge of Excel, including financial formulas and spreadsheet creation - Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for numerical errors - Good initiative, ability to work independently, and efficient in following instructions In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company also offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits to its full-time employees.
