Sales Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on the sales floor.
• Understand the customer’s requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current automobile offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
• Negotiate prices, close deals, and prepare sales contracts and documentation.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the finance department to assist customers with loan and leasing options.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and generate reports on sales performance.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in automobile sales or a related sales field (1–3 years preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good knowledge of automotive technology and specifications.
• Customer-focused with a strong drive for results.
• Valid driver’s license.
