Sales Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Job Summary:
Looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in selling cosmetics and/or nutraceutical products. The role involves handling domestic and international clients, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and manage existing clients in domestic and international markets.
• Promote and sell cosmetics and nutraceutical products to distributors, retailers, and other B2B clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA/PG in Marketing or related field is an added advantage).
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals.
• Good understanding of domestic and/or international sales processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
