Job Summary: Looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in selling cosmetics and/or nutraceutical products. The role involves handling domestic and international clients, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads and manage existing clients in domestic and international markets. Promote and sell cosmetics and nutraceutical products to distributors, retailers, and other B2B clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with clients. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA/PG in Marketing or related field is an added advantage). 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals. Good understanding of domestic and/or international sales processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Personal Attributes: Target-oriented and self-motivated. Positive attitude and proactive approach. Willingness to learn product portfolio and market trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
