1. Execute all the responsibilities given by HOD 2. Provide consultation to all OP/IP patients who require occupational therapy 3. To develop the early intervention setup and provide early education 4. To do assessment and advice require assistive device for the patients 5. Maintains OP/IP daily records 6. Educate junior occupational therapist regarding patient conditions, assessment and treatment to get a better result. 7. Develop the screening and monitoring tools 8. Come up with various sustainable models to implement the inclusive education program 9. To educate about patients conditions to the attendant and make them aware about the prognosis and home care occupational therapy program 10. Attend department training and meetings 11. Evaluate results of occupational therapy by observing, noting, evaluating patient progress, recommending and implementing, adjustment and modification. 12. Daily reporting to supervisors 13. Training patients and attender to use special equipment 14. Maintaining therapy equipment such as walkers, lifts, mechanical chairs, pulley and other exercise equipment. 15.
