This is a full time on-site role for a Flutter Developer located in KINFRA, Kakkanchery. The Flutter Developer will be responsible for designing and developing mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with team members, and participating in code reviews. The Flutter Developer will also be involved in debugging and troubleshooting issues, optimizing app performance, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX design. You will be designing for both consumer interfaces and enterprise systems, ensuring smooth experiences whether a user is shopping online, using a mobile app, or managing warehouse stock on the go. Key Responsibilities Design and prototype user interfaces for web, ERP and mobile platforms. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on design solutions. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to bring concepts to life. Maintain and enhance design systems and UI guidelines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing real-world projects. Proficiency in standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop etc. Experience with SaaS product design lifecycle, Enterprise Application Interfaces, Dashboards and Data Visualization designs Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Good to Have Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions. Experience in 3D and interactive tools: Blender, Spline, and Rive are an advantage. Experience in video editing and content creation. Basic knowledge of how ERP systems work (inventory, finance, procurement etc.) Previous experience working in agile teams or product-focused environments.
