Node.js Backend Developer

As an experienced Node.js Backend Developer with expertise in ERPNext and CRM systems, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services, integrations, and business logic for ERP and CRM-based applications. Your knowledge of Node.js frameworks and ERP workflows will be essential, with a strong advantage if you have experience with NestJS. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js - Customize, integrate, and support ERPNext modules and workflows - Build and maintain CRM and ERP system integrations - Design RESTful APIs and backend architectures for enterprise applications - Optimize application performance, security, and scalability - Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams - Handle database design, queries, and optimization - Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4+ years of backend development experience - Strong proficiency in Node.js - Hands-on experience with ERPNext software - Solid experience working with CRM systems - Experience with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB) - Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture - Experience with Git or other version control systems - Good problem-solving and communication skills Preferred / Plus Skills: - Experience with NestJS - Knowledge of ERPNext customization, integrations, and automation - Familiarity with microservices architecture - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) - Understanding of security best practices In addition, the company offers: - Opportunity to work on enterprise-level ERP & CRM projects - Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment - Competitive salary based on experience - Long-term career growth opportunities Please note that this is a full-time position with an in-person work location.
