Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns while creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies and optimize web traffic and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Manage content calendars and post across social media platforms.
• Monitor and engage with community comments and messages.

Graphic Designing:

• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, banners, ads, brochures, and presentations.
• Create visual content for digital campaigns, blogs, email marketing, and UI elements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Edit and optimize videos or animations for marketing campaigns (basic level is sufficient).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Design, Media, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in both digital marketing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro (optional).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.)
