Key Responsibilities

A. Marketing & Brand Communication

• Design

  digital marketing creatives

  for social media, website, emailers, and campaigns.
• Develop engaging

  infographics, posters, and brochures

  to promote health services and initiatives.
• Support

  brand identity

  , ensuring consistency across all communication platforms.
• Assist in managing

  social media presence

  , website visuals, and promotional content.

B. Report & Health Data Design

• Design patient-friendly and visually rich

  health reports

  (PDF/digital) that present clinical and diagnostic data clearly and attractively.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to translate medical results into easy-to-understand visuals, infographics, and dashboards.
• Create and maintain templates for automated or semi-automated report generation.

Required Skills & Tools

Design Tools

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (for reports and graphics)
• Figma / Adobe XD (for digital layouts and app interfaces)
• Canva Pro (for marketing creatives)

Data Visualization & Reporting

• Strong sense of

  layout, typography, color theory

  , and

  data visualization

• Experience designing charts, graphs, and icons for

  medical or fitness data

• (Optional but valuable) Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

Digital Marketing Skills

• Knowledge of

  social media marketing design formats

  (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to create

  visual campaigns and brand assets

  for digital channels
• Familiarity with

  basic SEO concepts, content creation, and ad creatives

• Experience in

  video editing tools

  (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Canva Video) is a plus

Technical Understanding

• Ability to collaborate with tech teams for report automation or app integration
• Understanding of how design files are integrated into web or mobile apps

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in

  Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Multimedia

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in

  healthcare, wellness, or tech sectors

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both

  data/report designs

  and

  digital marketing projects

Work Location

Hinjewadi, Pune (Full-time, On-site preferred)
