Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Physiotherapist. The Chief Physiotherapist will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the physiotherapy department. This includes developing and implementing physiotherapy treatment plans, conducting patient assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate patient records, staying updated with the latest physiotherapy practices, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physiotherapy Assessment and Diagnosis
• Experience in developing and implementing personalized Treatment Plans and Therapeutic Exercises
• Skills in Patient Education on Preventive Care
• Strong ability to maintain detailed Patient Records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Relevant professional certifications and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Ability to work full-time on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area
