As a SaaS Sales Intern, you will be part of our dynamic sales team, learning the ins and outs of B2B SaaS selling. You’ll assist in lead generation, cold calling, CRM management, and demo scheduling, gaining hands-on experience in the full sales cycle. The intern will participate in training sessions, enhance customer service skills, and help in managing sales pipelines. Additional responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries and contributing to sales management tasks. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential leads Initiate cold calls and emails to prospects Qualify leads and schedule product demos Maintain accurate records in Darcon CRM Assist in follow-ups and nurturing leads Shadow senior sales reps and learn closing techniques Participate in sales meetings and training sessions Cold Calling Focus Learn and apply cold calling scripts and objection handling Practice live and mock calls with feedback Track call metrics and improve conversion rates Develop confidence and communication skills What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in SaaS, tech, and sales Self-motivated and eager to learn Comfortable with cold calling and outreach Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred but not required) What You’ll Gain Real-world experience in SaaS sales Training in cold calling, CRM usage, and sales strategy Mentorship from experienced sales professionals Certificate of completion and potential full-time opportunity
