CNC Machine Operator

As a skilled CNC Machine Operator in the commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production unit. Your technical expertise in CNC operations, precision measurement, and quality control will contribute to the efficient functioning of the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC machines to perform cutting, bending, drilling, and shaping of metal components. - Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and measurements with precision. - Set up machines, tools, materials, and fixtures prior to commencing operations. - Monitor machine performance to maintain accuracy throughout the manufacturing process. - Adjust machine settings as required based on job specifications and material variations. - Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of the CNC machines. - Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy. - Keep detailed daily production records and prepare reports as necessary. - Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and production standards. - Collaborate effectively with the fabrication and engineering teams to ensure a smooth workflow. Qualifications: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die, or a related discipline. - Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC machines. - Proficient in CNC operations and skilled in using measuring tools such as Vernier, Micrometer, etc. - Ability to accurately read technical drawings and follow specifications. - Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
