Job Description

Pre-Service Duties

Table Preparation: Setting tables with linens, silverware, glasses, and ensuring cleanliness.
Station Setup: Stocking service stations with drinks, cutlery, and other supplies.
Menu Knowledge: Studying daily specials and menu items to make recommendations.

During Service Duties

Guest Welcome: Greeting customers, seating them, and presenting menus.
Order Taking: Accurately recording orders (food/drinks) using POS systems or order slips, checking IDs for alcohol.
Recommendations: Suggesting menu items, specials, and upselling when appropriate.
Order Delivery: Serving food and drinks promptly, ensuring correctness and presentation.
Customer Care: Checking on tables, refilling drinks, and addressing any concerns.
Payment Processing: Delivering checks, processing cash/card payments, and handling change.

Post-Service & General Duties

Clearing Tables: Removing used dishes, glasses, and cutlery for cleaning.
Cleaning: Wiping tables, cleaning the dining area, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Teamwork: Communicating with kitchen, bar, and other staff.
Health & Safety: Following all relevant food safety and sanitation regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,495.31 - ₹19,193.06 per month
