Job Description

Key responsibilities

Customer service: Greet customers warmly, escort them to tables, and provide attentive service throughout their meal.
Order taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serving and clearing: Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, refill drinks, and clear and reset tables between guests.
Menu knowledge: Memorize menus and be prepared to answer questions and make recommendations, including options for dietary needs.
Payment processing: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Problem resolution: Promptly address customer concerns and refer issues to management when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness: Keep the dining area, workstations, and tables clean and organized, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
