Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to expand the client base and drive business growth in both B2B and B2C segments. You should possess excellent communication skills and have a track record of successfully handling clients and executing sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the B2B and B2C markets - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate deals - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet targets - Monitor market trends and competitor activities - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project implementation - Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market feedback Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales - Proficient in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated expertise in client management and relationship building - Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales processes - MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Additional Details: The company offers a competitive salary package that is the best in the industry.
