We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Design Site Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities on-site during the execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that the design vision is implemented correctly, adhere to schedules, maintain high-quality standards, and manage site-related issues. Need 2 and 4 Wheeler Licence Location: Construction sites Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Supervise interior design projects on-site, ensuring the implementation of designs as per approved plans, specifications, and timelines. Team Supervision: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and laborers working on the site. Provide direction to ensure adherence to project scope and quality standards. Quality Control: Conduct daily site inspections to check the progress of work and quality of execution. Ensure all materials and finishes are used according to design specifications. Scheduling: Monitor project timelines and ensure that work is completed according to the established schedule. Identify potential delays and take corrective action to mitigate them. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction or installation phases, such as unforeseen site conditions, design changes, or material shortages. Client Liaison: Maintain communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with the progress of the project. Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of work completed, site conditions, and any deviations from the project plan. Report regularly to the Project Manager or Senior Interior Designer. Safety Compliance: Ensure that the site adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for all site personnel. Material Management: Oversee the delivery, storage, and proper handling of materials on-site, ensuring that they are used efficiently and in accordance with design specifications. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior design site supervision or a similar role in the construction industry. Education: A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred. Skills: Strong understanding of interior design concepts and construction processes. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and resolve site-related issues swiftly. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-end residential or commercial interior design projects. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction standards.. Working Conditions: Full-time position, on-site at various project locations. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
