Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly with a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using PMS
  • Process guest registrations, room assignments, and room key issuance
  • Verify guest identification and process payment methods securely
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocation as per occupancy
  • Respond to guest inquiries through phone, email, and in-person
  • Address guest complaints and escalate to supervisor/manager when necessary
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for guest requests
  • Maintain the front desk area neat, organized, and presentable
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, upsell room categories, and packages
  • Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality of information
  • Handle cashiering duties including posting charges, billing, and daily cash reconciliation
  • Ensure strong adherence to safety, security, and operational procedures
  • Assist with transportation arrangements, travel assistance, and concierge duties
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and grooming guidelines

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in Front Office or Customer Service
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
