Safety and Environmental Compliance : Oversee the safety and cleanliness of the fabrication area to ensure it adheres to company and regulatory safety standards. Ensure the safe operation of machinery and tools, and implement safety training programs for all team members. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, emissions control, and sustainable resource use. Manage workplace hazards and risks, and implement safety measures to reduce accidents and ensure a safe working environment. 6. Inventory and Resource Management : Oversee the procurement, storage, and use of raw materials (such as grains, protein meals, vitamins, etc.) necessary for the fabrication process. Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain appropriate levels of materials to avoid production stoppages. Ensure the optimal use of resources, including labor, materials, and machinery, to reduce costs and improve productivity. Implement best practices for minimizing material waste during the fabrication process. 7. Production Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records related to the fabrication process, including production outputs, inventory usage, equipment maintenance, and employee activities. Generate regular reports for senior management on production metrics, including performance against targets, quality control results, and resource utilization.
