A CA (Chartered Accountant) inter job involves assisting with audits, preparing financial statements, managing bookkeeping, handling tax compliance (like GST and Income Tax), and performing financial analysis under the supervision of a senior CA. Interns gain hands-on experience in practical accounting, auditing, and taxation to supplement their academic knowledge and complete their professional qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Auditing: Assisting in various audits (statutory, internal) by gathering documents and performing ledger scrutiny.
• Financial Reporting: Helping with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Bookkeeping: Handling data entry, managing ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Taxation: Assisting with the preparation and filing of income tax, TDS, and GST returns.
• Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data, checking for accuracy, and performing basic financial analysis.
• Software Proficiency: Working with accounting software like Tally Prime for bookkeeping and reporting.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Administrative Support: Performing general administrative duties related to the finance department.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience of 3-5 years is must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
