The IT Support Executive is responsible for overseeing Key Areas IT Infrastructure Management User and team Management IT Compliance Servers, Storages health checkup log book maintain Monitoring of backups Addressing of all the issues / IT related request logged with Helpdesk. Closure of all Servers and Client patch management, Antivirus update issues Asset management Deployment and replacement of Hardware devices Firmware upgrade of all HW devices Remote connectivity, VPN and VDI support Monitoring of links and address the issues. Software installation in end-user machine while handing over the asset to the user Re-installing relevant software during the time of troubleshooting Coordinate with vendor for part replacement Manage changes in IT infrastructure within the desired timeline (e.g., link upgrade, OS upgrade etc.) Managing process related to ITPF Coordinate access for 3rd party users Managing the specific servers & network Coordinate and constantly follow-up with central helpdesks for call resolution IT Security Incidences involving anti-virus, data backup, IT hardware stock etc. Printer support (Including cartridge management) Job planning & providing L1 IT support services to visiting users Soft-skills to manage the users Co-ordinate e-waste management as per the direction from District Office Adhoc travel to locations (demand based) for providing L1 support (in case of exigency)
