Strengthening the process of Site execution schedules for every project in specified region. Ensures to follow processes for project execution as per the contract, coordination with all stake-holders. Create a robust network of erection/local supplier partners in region. Main Responsibilities To review and understand customers contract and company commitments. Engineering Document review & Arrange internal Kick-off meeting prior project execution start up and Project Site execution Schedule in MS Project. To organize available resources, to complete the project in a timely and cost-effective manner. Target to reduce execution timeline of each project. To be a single point of contact with the customer for complete site execution of projects. To select and source site contractors, erection agencies in responsible region.
