About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Plant EHS Officer to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, operations, and the surrounding community. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive EHS programs, conducting inspections and audits, promoting safe work practices, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain effective EHS programs for the plant, including safety procedures, training programs, and emergency response plans. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the plant to identify and address potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards. Investigate and report all incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Provide EHS training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and visitors. Stay up-to-date on all relevant EHS legislation and best practices. Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders on EHS matters. Manage and maintain EHS documentation and records. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the plant's EHS performance. Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical or electrical & BTech in Mechanical or electrical Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as an EHS Officer in a wind energy . Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain effective EHS programs. Strong understanding of relevant EHS regulations and standards.
