Ltd., the leading dealership of Maruti Suzuki. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automobile industry, exceptional team management skills, and a strong customer-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage a team of 5-6 individuals, ensuring performance alignment with organizational goals. * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. * Drive sales targets and oversee day-to-day operations of the team. * Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members to achieve individual and collective goals. * Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans when necessary. * Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to management.
