Role & responsibilities of Line Supervisor Monitor all daily activities at multiple poultry farms, ensuring compliance with company protocols and biosecurity norms. Oversee and audit record-keeping related to poultry health, feed, water consumption, and hygiene maintained by farmers. Supervise and guide farm workers, ensuring proper welfare and safe working conditions. Ensure the correct and timely weighing, grading, and dispatch of birds as per company standards. Train farmers/workforce regarding best practices, safety protocols, and documentation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on farm performance, farmer compliance, and audit findings. Communicate regularly with farmers, address grievances, and escalate major disputes to the Branch Manager. Coordinate with Weighment Supervisors for optimizing logistics and minimizing losses.Identify potential risks, non-compliances, and recommend corrective actions. Support integration of new policies, systems, or technologies aimed at improving productivity and welfare. May require overtime or weekend work in peak seasons. Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers within your territory. Showcase your sales expertise and market knowledge to educate customers on product benefits and foster trust. Own your sales targets and take pride in every new client you bring on board. Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to order closure and post-sale support. Provide continuous feedback to management on market dynamics and competitor activities.
