Implement best practices for storage, handling, and easy retrieval to optimize space utilization and maximise the efficiency. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies. Logistics & Documentation: Supervise the movement of components between different manufacturing stages, ensuring efficient workflow. Manage packing, dispatch, and documentation of components moving in and out of the facility. Maintain proper records for GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and dispatch documentation . Ensure compliance with GST, E-way bills, and other regulatory documentation for material movement. Process Optimization & Team Management: Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for store operations. Lead a team of store executives, ensuring proper delegation of tasks. Contribute to lean inventory practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Work closely with production, purchase, and logistics teams to streamline operations . Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field . 5+ years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment . Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems for inventory management. Familiarity with flexographic printing machine components or industrial machinery parts is an advantage.
