Job Summary:

We are seeking a Synthetic Data Engineer to generate high-quality synthetic datasets for AI/ML model training. The focus is on creating diverse, annotated, and realistic datasets that meet the requirements of our AI models, supporting accurate predictions and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Generate synthetic datasets with annotations and metadata suitable for AI/ML training.

·      Implement pipelines to augment, preprocess, and validate synthetic data.

·      Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure datasets align with model training requirements.

·      Research and apply techniques to improve realism, diversity, and usability of synthetic datasets.

·      Maintain proper documentation, versioning, and quality checks for all datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Strong experience with Python for scripting, data handling, and automation.

·      Experience with 3D engines, Unity, Unreal Engine, or procedural generation tools for synthetic data

creation.

·      Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) to validate synthetic data usability.

·      Understanding of data annotation formats (COCO, Pascal VOC, KML, etc.).

·      Strong attention to detail to ensure data quality and realism.

Preferred Skills:

·      Background in computer vision or AI model development workflows.

·      Knowledge of procedural content generation and simulation pipelines.

Education:

·      Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field experience.
