Team Coordination & Documentation Guide and supervise junior accounting staff. Ensure all accounting records and documents are filed properly and maintained as per regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders like banks, auditors, consultants, and vendors. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax). Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP – if applicable). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, BBA Finance).
