Service Tax Monthly service tax payment and filing Half Yearly Returns [ST-3] and also updation new amendment and payment mechnism Reverse charge mechnism and others: Ensure to handling independ yearly excise and service tax Audit and liasing with auditor team, share audit report.Legal Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance or "LGRC", 3. Documentation and Compliance Maintain and securtiny Cenvat Credit Register also reconicllation with accounts and books and clearing GL-INPUT Cenvat Credit -RG-23A PART-II (2) Capital Goods Credit RG-23C Part-II (3) Service tax Cenvat Register (4) Checking daily Disptach excise invoice and sign. also take care excise forms and invoices in records 4. Audits Internal quartely Audit Excise and Service Tax and securtiny with all excise and service tax payment with GL ; also cross checking sales ,export ,payment and statutory report. Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time as per statutory requirements. Maintain up-to-date records of all GST-related transactions and filings. Ensure compliance with GST regulations and stay updated with any changes in tax laws. Handle GST audits and assessments, providing necessary documentation and clarifications. Reconcile GST data with accounting records to ensure consistency and accuracy. Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly GST reports for management review . Monitor and manage GST input tax credit claims and adjustments. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during tax review s and audits. Respond to GST-related queries from various departments within the organization.

" Support in Implementation of SAP CO module by providing required inputs/data. Support in preparation of Annual business plan for steel vertical. Collate information/data from different sources for Monthly MIR & BRC requirement. Prepare Profitability analysis and share it for review. Conducting varriance analysis, budget vs actual. Adhoc reporting with respect to stertergic planning , cost benifit analysis, CAPEX evaluation. Inventory management & inventory control Imparting training to colleagues supporting in order bidding by provideing the required costing information. Handling cost audit."

" Rrsearch and support in identification and development of materials domestically against the import. Supporting cost reduction activities through VA/VE actions. Assist in procurement of spares consumables and other auxiliary items required to run the operations without any interruption. Releasing purchase orders as per the operations requirements. Coordination And Liasioing With Logistcs Service Providers For Ensuring That Ordered Material Reaches Plant As Per Time Schedule. Identify and Evaluate the vendors after all the due diligence also kept alternate vendor for any contingency requirement. Monitor and ensure meeting the Service Level Agreements, Delivery Terms & Finalize Rate Agreements by all the vendor and service providers. Prepare comparative statement & forward for approval Evaluate & Monitor Vendor Performance at Regular Intervals. Ensuring Vendor Account Settlements By Sending Approved Bills to accounts."
