1) Documentation 1.1 To ensure timely maintenance and updation of all the reports and records 2) New Process Development 2.1 To develop new processes and techniques with existing facility 3) Manpower Devlopment 3.1 To train subordinates,team members and give necessary training recommendations for the overall development of the department 3.2 To create and maintain congenial atmosphere 4) Process Control and Monitoring 4.1 To ensure all production and samples design changes as per approved ref by buyer 4.2 To ensure all activities of design preparation for production and samples 4.3 To monitor and control excess quantity and gsm / dimension and take necessary action 4.4 To ensure first piece cross checking for dimension, weight design parameter 5) Co-ordination with Departments 5.1 To forward sample test reports to marketing department with remarks
