Job Description Raw Material (RM) Support: Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely availability of raw materials (billets, ingots, etc.) Track and report daily RM consumption and stock levels. Ensure RM quality meets internal specifications before processing. Maintain RM documentation, test certificates, and supplier quality records. Quality Control (QC) Support: Assist in implementing quality control procedures at each stage of rolling operations. Support QC team in sample collection, inspection, and testing of materials. Record and report deviations or quality non-conformities to the concerned department. Maintain documentation related to inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions.
